Retelling of matariki story

For the past two days I have been learning about matariki what I learnt was that there could be more than 7 sisters. We have been split into 6 groups  I was in group 6 our group was to retelling the story of matariki there was also others but I could only remember some names that they were working on. Anyway I never got to finish my work because on the first day I was not here and the last day I had to leave early but I managed to finish my slides hope you like it. I still haven´t finished though, I felt like doing another one but there was no time so here we go.

Another career

Today Andrew came to talk about her career, her career was about midwifes. She told us that on her first delivery of birth (like help provide someones baby) that she was only 19-years-old and that she lived in Canada when it happend so in Canada they only have supporters so they can only support them. I really enjoyed that because it was awesome.

My career

Today Bronwyn came to us to talk about her career. Her career was about creating buildings on her computer like planning them, she showed us a 2D house and a 3D house. She showed us some of these files that have her building plans, She said that she studied at North Tec in Whangarei, She also told us about how these people tell her what kind of house they want and she designs it creatively. I enjoyed this because of the way she explained it sounded interesting it got me thinking about if I should do her kind of career.

Diving

This afternoon Matua Rob told us about his career and his career was about diving. He told us about all the things about diving he also told us how he went to different countries, I have nothing else to say about diving because I was stuck in the middle of my cuzzys, I couldn't hear properly.

Career

This morning we had three visitors. Matua Rob was talking about his career. His career was around ... Banking, he was talking to us about how easy and hard banking is I thought it was easy always. The two women's career was about loyers they told us that we have to do our exams in collage and in university to get a job (I only remember one of their names shes called season). They also told us that season had been at Moerewa Primary, Pakaraka primary and Kawakawa primary.

Northland Reginal council

Today the year 7 & 8's had visitors they came to talk to us about pests on marine boats they showed us some pictures of pests that were on marine boats, there were three visitors I forgot their names. They told us that they are going around the north land of New Zealand finding all sorts of pests. One of the ladies told us that when she was small she wanted to do something in common of boating like looking at marine boats. I really liked the stuff that they said like they had to deal with the marine boats some were damaged some were leaking. This is a photo to prove that they came.

Today I did a highlights on 2016 review. The easy part was getting the pictures. The hard part was doing the shape's. Next time I will do much better.
